I think this photo was taken around her wedding day, when she was 23.

This is from a census report in 1910, it shows that she lived in her father's home, she was female, white, 13 years old and single.. born in California.

From what I can tell the month is June and I think the year was 1917... but here is Floyd's handwriting on his registration card for WW1. My favorite part is how he describes himself as 'medium' for the question, short, medium or tall.  Life was so simple back then ;)
